Abstract:
The relocation of poverty alleviation from different places plays an important role in reducing ecological pressure and solving the survival and development of the poor population. It is an important part of China’s poverty alleviation experience. As a deep poverty county, H County in Yunnan has a wide range of poverty and a deep degree of poverty, a large relocation base, a large capital demand, poor natural conditions and weak infrastructure. After moving into the immigrant community, they are faced with such problems as lack of endogenous development power, difficulties in resource disposal and social integration. The following three aspects should be strengthened in the relocation of poverty relief: correctly handling the relationship between objective environment and subjective factors, the procedural and flexible issues in policy implementation, the social estrangement and social integration of the relocation households.
