Abstract: Employment is the greatest livelihood of the people and an important guarantee for social stability. Employment assistance is of great significance for increasing farmers’ income, consolidating the results of poverty alleviation, and consolidating the foundation for rural revitalization. Through investigation and analysis, the dilemma of employment assistance in rural revitalization are subjectively low cultural skills, insufficient endogenous motivation for development, outdated ideological concepts, and more serious reliance behaviors; objectively there are many people in need and positions for employment assistance. The demand is large, the new crown pneumonia affects the employment of migrant workers, the development of enterprises is difficult, and the provision of stable jobs is insufficient.It is recommended to strengthen the organization and leadership and coordinate the employment assistance work; carefully figure out the bottom line and grasp the people’ s employment assistance willingness; develop skills training to continuously improve the level of employees; improve the platform carrier and improve the level of employment services; implement employment policies and cash in time various awards and subsidies; speed up industrial upgrading, promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and increase employment assistance in rural revitalization.
