高原湖泊地区生态农业良性循环发展探析以洱海流域为例

The Development of Eco-agriculture in Plateau Lake Area: Taking Erhai Basin as An Example

  • 摘要: 高原湖泊地区由于生态环境刚性约束以及耕地面积狭小分散和农业生产技术受限,发展农业经济必须走生态农业道路。文章以洱海这一典型的高原湖泊为例,基于洱海流域近年来生态环境数据和地域发展趋势,运用定性经济预测法,分析洱海流域生态农业在科技投入、产品生产质量和生态农业与第二、三产业结合的现状,把握现阶段生态农业发展面临的困境,因地制宜,精准施策,借助洱海流域独特的自然资源和人文环境,以期更好地实现生态农业与经济高质量发展的有效协同。研究结论对促进与洱海流域相似的高原湖泊生态农业可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Due to the rigid constraints of ecological environment, the narrow and scattered area of cultivated land and the limited technology of agricultural production, the development of agricultural economy must take the road of ecological agriculture. Taking Erhai Lake, a typical plateau lake, as an example, and based on the ecological environment data and regional development trend of Erhai Lake Basin in recent years, we use qualitative economic forecasting method to analyze the current situation of ecological agriculture in Erhai Lake Basin in terms of scientific and technological input, product production quality and the combination of ecological agriculture with the second and third industries, to grasp the difficulties faced by ecological agriculture at the present stage, adapt measures to local conditions, give precise measures, and to make use of the unique natural resources and human environment of Erhai Lake Basin in order to better realize ecological agriculture effective coordination between agriculture and high-quality economic development. The conclusion has certain reference significance for promoting the sustainable development of ecological agriculture in plateau lakes similar to Erhai Lake Basin.
