Abstract: With the steady progress of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the economic and social development level of the vast rural areas has improved rapidly, which has led to significant changes in the spatial pattern of population migration. A large number of returned youth entrepreneurship has gradually evolved into a trend. On the basis of expounding the importance of returning youth entrepreneurship in promoting the development of rural economy, combining with the existing problems and difficulties of rural youth entrepreneurship at the present stage, this paper puts forward three strategies: accurately positioning differentiated entrepreneurship, enhancing the comprehensive quality and ability of entrepreneurship, and establishing and building excellent entrepreneurship team, in order to improve the success rate and quality of rural youth entrepreneurship, so as to provide reference for the development of rural economy. We should give full play to the great role of returning youth entrepreneurship in promoting the revitalization of rural economy, and make greater contributions to accelerating the solution of China’ s “three rural” problems.
