Abstract
Purpose Our aim was to investigate the effect of different loadings on the quality of wine-grape Cabernet sauvignon in Shangri-La.Method When grape were 16 branches per plant, the effect of different loadings on the content of total sugar, titratable acid, pH value, total phenol, tannin and anthocyanin in grape berries, the total sugar and starch in grape branches were determined. Results When fruit clusters were 12, 16 or 20 per plant, total sugar, as well as the sugar/acid ratio of berry had increased significantly. When grape number was 16 per branch, the content of total phenol and tannin all reached maximum, and with the increasing of grape number, pH and anthocyanin increased. Conclusion Fruit quality could be improved when grape number was 16 per branch, namely the ratio of grape and branch is 1:1, could be benefit to produce high-quality wine grape.
