Isolation, Identification of a Lentinula edodes Pathogen and Vitro Screening of Control Medicament

  • Purpose In order to clear the impact of a pathogenic fungi from the lentnus edodes production.Method The method of isolate tissue from the diseased mushroom was used to get the pathogen, following the Koch's law to verify the pathogencity. Traditional morphological and molecular biological (ITS, rpb2 and ef-1 barcode) gene cord were used to identify the pathogen. Screening of pharmaceuticals from common fungicides and bio-control agents by drug-containing medium and three-point inoculation.Results The pathogen is Tichoderma harzianum, two kinds of fungicides (Metiram and efficient green mould) and the bio-control fungicides (polyoxin and Paenibacillus polymyxa) could obvious inhibit the mycelium growth and sporulation of pathogen.Conclusion Compared with the non-environmentally friendly with high toxic and high residual chemical fungicides, the bio-control fungicides are environmentally friendly and with low toxic and low pollutional. And it has a very good research value and development prospects, can be further developed as a chemical fungicides alternative.
