Abstract
The chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Sabina chinensis (Linn.) Ant. cv. Kaizuca were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel, MCI, RP-C18 and Sephadex LH-20, and their structures were mainly identified by spectral methods (MS and NMR). Eleven compounds were finally isolated and elucidated as amentoflavone (1),podocarpusflavone A (2),7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4'-methylapigenin (3),hypolaetin-7-O-β-Dxylopyranoside (4),acacetin (5),quercitrin (6),junipediol B 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),skimmin (8),soya cerebroside I (9),daucosterol (10) and β-sitosterol (11). All the eleven compounds were isolated from this species for the first time.
