Nematicidal Activity and Component Analysis of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng Vinegar

  • The plant parasitic nematode is one of major pathogens of crop diseases. For finding more effective way to control plant nematodes disease and at the same time reducing pollution of chemical pesticide, it is extremely urgent research that study a new biologic-nematicide and lower poisonousness to human and animal, good compatibility of environment. EAS vinegar nematicidal activity was analyzed by Bursaphelenchus mucronatus tracing. Nematicidal activity are chloroform extraction layer>petroleum ether (60~90℃) extraction layer>ethyl acetate extraction layer>n-butanol extraction layer>CK. The GC-MS result show that EAS vinegar petroleum benzene extraction contains volatile ingredient 44 kinds, and in those volatile ingredients, 5 kinds of phenolic, 1 aldehydes, 4 benzene, 8 ketenes, 3 alkenes, 2 alcohols, 7 esters, 11 alkanes and 1 naphthalene, alkanes were plentiful. The purpose of this study for the development of EAS vinegar provides the basis for botanical pesticides and at the same time opening up new way for using EAS.
