Abstract
The plant parasitic nematode is one of major pathogens of crop diseases. In order to find effectual way to control plant nematodes disease and at the same time comprehensive development and utilization of EAS, crude EAS vinegar was prepared and nematicidal activity fraction of EAS vinegar was analyzed guiding with the way tracing nematicidal activity in this study. EAS vinegar were extracted and separated by petroleum benzene (60~90℃), chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol. The result of activity test showed nematicidal activity of chloroform extraction was the highest. Chloroform extraction was analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography-mass bigger molecular weight spectrometry (HPLC-MS). The result showed that there is a compound with 301M+Na+ and it is presumed to be a sesquiterpenoid. The result provides a basis for looking for a new nematicidal actives compounds with independent property rights.
