Research Progress in the Antagonism Against Nematodes by Marigold

Nematode is a major plant pathogens, in order to find effective ways to control plant diseases resulted from nematodes and reduce the pollution caused by chemical pesticides, using antagonistic plants for nematodes to control nematodes harm has become particularly important and marigold is the first application of antagonistic plants to nematode. The mechanism of marigold controlling nematode, the main ingredient and the effect of killing nematodes of the extract, and the research survey of the application effect of the diverse planting of marigold in controlling nematode were summarized in this paper, and providing a reliable theoretical basis for future wider application and promotion of marigold.
