Abstract
The three fermentation broths of 1306, 1342 and 1384 were used in the lethal study of nematodes in rhizosphric soil of Ziziphus jujuba in Mengzi, according to Xie's classification system, we identified the species of killed nematodes. The result showed that:in 48 hours treatment, all the fermentation broths of 1306, 1342 and 1384 had certain lethal effect on nematodes at different dilution ratios. In 48 hours treatment, the 5 dilution ratios of the 1342 fermentation broth showed the lethal efficiencies to more than 50%, and the activated level was A. The activated level of 1384 fermentation broth in the dilution ratios of 100%, 80%, 20% was A after 48 hours, and the dilution ratios of 40%, 60% was B. The activated level of 1306 fermentation broth in the dilution ratios of 40% and 50% was B, and the rest 3 dilution ratios were C. Therefore, among the 3 fermentation broths, the lethal effects of 1342 and 1384 were better. The identification result showed that the species of killed nematodes belong to Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchus eremitus, Aphelenchus helicus, Filenchus heterocephalus, Rotylenchus tenericaudatus, and Helicotylenchus multicinctus, etc.
