Abstract
Our purpose is to study on the influence of different drying methods to kaempferol glycosides contents and quercetin glycosides contents of Thesium chinense Turcz and the distribution of two kinds of flavone glycosides contents in different parts of T. chinense. T. chinense was dried by four different drying methods of drying in the shade, drying in the sun, drying at 80℃ after fixing at 105℃ and drying at 80℃ after mildew, and at three different temperatures of 80℃, 60℃, 40℃. The root, stalk, leaf and seed of T. chinense were dried in 80℃. Kaempferol glycoside and quercetin glycoside contents were indentified with HPLC. The order of influence of four different drying methods to kaempferol glycoside and quercetin glycoside contents was drying over a fire=drying in the sun drying in the shade mildewed. The order of influence of three different drying temperature to Kaempferol glycoside and quercetin glycoside contents was 40℃80℃=60℃. The distribution order of kaempferol glycosides contents in different parts of T. chinense was leaf stalk seed root. The distribution order of quercetin glycosides contents in different parts of T. chinense was stalk leaf seed root. The two kinds of flavone glycosides content in the leaves of T. chinense was the highest. It is concluded that the best drying method is drying and the best drying tempreture is 80℃ and 60℃.
