Study on Secondary Metabolites from Thelephora ganbajun Mu.Zang

  • In order to study the secondary metabolites of Thelephora ganbajun Mu.Zang, seven compounds were isolated from 95% EtOH extract of the fungus by chromatography methods. The structures of them were identified by spectroscopic analysis to be (22E, 24R)-ergosta-5, 7, 22-trien-3-o1 (1), stearic acid (2), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (3), 5, 8-epidioxy-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-6, 22-dien-3-o1 (4), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-4, 6, 8(14), 22-tetraen-3-one (5), -sitosterol (6), ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate (7), respectively. Among them, compounds 3-7 obtained from this high fungus for the first time.
