Variation of Endogenous Hormone in Perfect and Imperfect Flowers of Pomegranate

In this study, the pomegranate cultivars of 'Tianguangyan' was used as the material. High-performance liquid chromatography was applied to measure the variation of endogenous hormone between the perfect and imperfect flower formation process. The results showed that the mass fractions of GA3, KT and IAA in perfect flower were higher than those in imperfect flower, but the mass fraction of ABA in perfect flower was lower than that in imperfect flower; after pollination, the mass fractions of GA3, KT and IAA in perfect flower had risen but the mass fractions of GA3, KT and IAA in complete flower had declined; the value of ABA/(GA3+IAA+KT) was maintained in low level and tended to stabilize. The results provide the certain theory reference for the study of change of endogenous hormones in the process of pomegranate organ growth.
