Identification of Pathogen of Four Leaf Diseases on Castanopsis hystrix

For investigating the species of fungal pathogen of leaf diseases on Castanopsis hystrix, the diseased samples of C. hystrix were collected from seedling garden in Nanning Liangfengjiang National Forest Park of Guangxi Province, the research institution of forestry in Bobai County, the center of forestry in Bobai County, the center of forestry in Gaofeng. By means of combining morphological characteristics with molecular biological techniques, there were four species of leaf diseases on C. hystrix, which were red spot(Pilidella granati),brown spot(Pestalotiopsis pauciseta), anthracnose(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides), algal spot(Cephaleuros virescens Kunze). Among them, the former three diseases are new diseases on C. hystrix.
