Analysis of Resistance to Bacterial Blight of Rice in Yunnan Area of the Production of Rice and Wild Rice Introgression Lines

  • In order to reveal the bacterial blight disease resistence of the rice varieties cultivated in the production, the standard strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae races C4~C9 were used to evaluate the resistance of 102 copies rice local cultivars in Yunnan Province and 300 copies wild rice introgression lines in this study. The 402 germplasm were screened from 271 germplasms showed resistance to the race HEN11, 159 germplasms showed resistance to the race SCYC-6, 249 germplasms showed resistance to the race YN7, 270 germplasms showed resistance to the race YN11, 35 germplasms showed resistance to the race FUJ, 111 germplasms showed resistance to the race YN24 and the results also show 7 copies local cultivars and 12 copies wild rice materials showed resistance to the advantage races of Yunnan Province.
