Abstract
The field experiment was carried out to study the effects of different organic fertilizers on N,P and K absorption, fertilizer utilization, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that, compared with the chemical fertilizer (CF) treatment, based on the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer, combined with refined organic fertilizer (OF) had no significant influence on nutrient uptake and accumulation, yield and output value, but increased the proportion of high grade leaves of tobacco. Under the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer, combined with biological organic fertilizer (BIO) increased leaf N and P accumulation by 24.10% and 15.84%,respectively, and increased tobacco output value and high grade leaves of tobacco by 30.02% and 119.04%,respectively, Under the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer, OF increased the chemical nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer apparent utilization rate 18.84%, 40.60% and 18.37%, respectively. Under the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer, BIO increased the NPK fertilizer apparent utilization rate 69.49%, 60.94% and 39.36%; Agronomy efficiency increased by 53.67%, 53.63% and 54.57% and potassium physiological use efficiency increased by 10.90%. Compared with the composting manure (MF), under the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer, BIO increased the proportion of superior leaves by 49.97%, increased the nitrogen and potassium fertilizer apparent utilization rates by 24.39% and 15.87%, respectively, and increased the NPK fertilizer agronomy utilization rate by 22.42%, 22.37% and 23.23%. Based on the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer, BIO had better effects on improving nutrients uptake, fertilizer use efficiency, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
