Abstract
Based on antimicrobial peptides Gloverins gene,we analyzed the resistance mechanism, and established the system development tree and discussed the antibacterial peptide origins, evolution and the cause of the antibacterial differences. The results showed that the interaction between antibacterial peptides and LPS,LTA,PG and laminarin on the surface of bacteria or fungi was the necessary condition to effective defend microbes.Gloverins gene was conservative;the homology of Helicoverpa zea and Helicoverpa armigera was the highest(98.4%).Silkworm has four complete antibacterial peptide genes, and BmGlv1 is ancestor gene of the other three homologues. Most of the antimicrobial peptides have a strong exterminate action on gram-negative bacteria, but due to rely on the Toll gene expression, the combination position with LPS,LTA,PG and laminarin -spiral than columns, and some key sites of amino acids and other factors,Spodpptera exigua and Manduca sexta Gloverins have antimicrobial activity on the gram positive bacteria, but inactive to gram-negative bacterium antibacterial properties.
