  • PurposeTo investigate the user’s satisfaction of Journal of Yunnan Agricultural University (Natural Science), including website, submission system, review process and service.
    MethodA questionnaire research was carried out for the teacher, student and postgraduate who stand for the basic research of natural science in Yunnan Agricultural University.
    ResultMore than 75% interviewees were satisfied or very satisfied with website, submission system and review process; more than 80% interviewees were satisfied or very satisfied with the ability of reviewers and editors. Furthermore, the shortcoming was revealed in the development of journal.
    ConclusionTo improve the content and quality of service, and enhance the competitiveness of journal, the countermeasures and suggestions were putted forward.
