MethodBy the expert consultation, descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and geostatistics, and Yunnan biomass energy curing region tobacco leaf samples as the material, the sensory quality evaluation system of tobacco leaves of biomass energy curing was analyzed and constructed, and the regional characteristics of sensory quality of tobacco leaves of biomass energy curing were analyzed in Yunnan Province.
ResultMost of the sensory quality evaluation indicators of tobacco leaves of biomass energy curing tobacco leaves in Yunnan Province had extremely significant correlation (P<0.01), among which the aroma quality and aroma quantity had the highest correlation coefficient with other indicators; the scores of sensory quality of different grades of tobacco leaves were as follows: X2F<B2F<C3F, the difference was very significant (P<0.01); the scores of sensory quality of different varieties of tobacco leaves were as follows: Yunyan87<K326<Hongda, the difference was very significant (P<0.01); the high value area of sensory quality index of tobacco leaves quality characteristics appeared in the central Yunnan tobacco area, gradually declined to the surrounding areas, and the spatial difference was obvious; the high value area of sensory quality index of tobacco leaves mainly concentrated in Chuxiong Prefecture, Kunming City and Yuxi City.
ConclusionThe quantitative evaluation system of sensory quality of tobacco leaves in biomass energy curing is reasonable, and it is feasible to comprehensively evaluate the sensory quality of tobacco leaves of biomass energy curing area in Yunnan Province.
