PurposeThe purpose of this study was to analyze the spatial heterogeneity of land use and its influencing factors can more comprehensively and deeply explore the multi-functional driving mechanism of land use.
MethodWe used comprehensive evaluation method, spatial autocorrelation and geographic weighted regression.
Results(1) The spatial characteristics of land use multi-functionality in Gansu Province are significant, showing spatial agglomeration. The overall function of land use presents the spatial pattern of high in the northwest and low in the southeast, and the overall functions of the land are characterized by the " point-piece” structure. (2) The global autocorrelation Moran index shows that in addition to economic function, all other functions show a large spatial positive correlation. The local autocorrelation Moran index and LISA maps show that the HH and LL regions are symmetrically distributed as a whole. (3) The influencing factors have obvious spatial agglomeration, and there is a positive correlation between the natural, social, economic factors and the total land use function. The distribution of natural factors is closely related to the complex topography of Gansu Province, while the distribution of socio-economic factors is closely related to the preference of human factors.
ConclusionThe multifunctional level of land use in Gansu Province mainly depends on the distribution of the number of social and economic factors inputs, Gansu Province should fully identify the strengths of different factors for the versatility of land use, increase the input of factors according to local conditions, and effectively improve the versatility of land use.
