Abstract
This study measured multidimensional poverty in rural Lanping County by the “A-F”multidimensional poverty measurement, which included 6 dimensions and 19 indicators based on 200 micro-survey. Local production and living styles and characteristics were considered. The results showed that multidimensional poverty in Lanping County was still relatively prominent, and significant differences existed in different types of households. Household energy, sanitation facilities, farmland conditions, and production organization were top factors. In the perspective of multidimensional poverty, the implementation of comprehensive poverty management is extremely important for permanently eliminating absolute poverty, reducing relative poverty and realizing rural revitalization in deep poverty areas.
