Analysis of Influencing Factors of New Energy Technology Innovation Promotion in Jiangsu Province from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy requires further optimization and improvement of rural new energy supply structure, which also requires the improvement of its technological innovation. Therefore, after studying the significance of rural new energy and its technological upgrading, the development status of rural new energy technology innovation in Jiangsu province is studied. Then on the basis of literature review and questionnaire survey, eight influencing factors of two dimensions affecting technological innovation ability are constructed, and an evaluation model for rural new energy technological innovation in Jiangsu province is established. This article employs the DEMATEL method to further study the interrelationships between the influencing factors, and figures out the key factors involving government intervention, talents and technology and innovation, so as to propose three major upgrade strategies: the government should play an intervention role, the company itself to increase talent and technology investment, and pay attention to the new energy industry production and research.
