The Dependence of Japanese Market on Four Kinds of Edible Fungi in China: Base on the Comparison of Edible Fungi Market in Japan Among China, America and Korea

Based on the trade data from 2009 to 2018 in UN Comtrade, the export status of edible fungi was compared and analyzed from China, America, Korea to Japan. With the combination of the importance of China, America, Korea in the world’ s edible fungi market, the dependence coefficient was used to analyze the dependence of Japan on edible fungi in the above countries, and the conclusion and suggestions are put forward.
