Exploration and Practice of Training Program for Urban and Rural Planning Bachelor’ s Degree: Based on the Outcomes-based Education

Under the background of revitalizing undergraduate education and the beginning of the establishment of the first-level discipline’ s specialty of urban and rural planning, it is of great significance to explore the training scheme of undergraduate in urban and rural planning. On the Outcomes-based Education, this paper analyzes the needs of the nation, society, profession and employer, puts forward the orientation for the major of urban and rural planning and the goals of undergraduate training in Yunnan Agricultural University, and thus forms the core curriculum system and decomposes curriculum teaching objectives under the overall goals. The results show that through continuous research and improvement, the graduation’ s professional ability has achieved its initial goals.
