Explaining Fencha and Diancha which Mentioned in the Literature of Song Dynasty-explaining Cha and Tang

Fencha and Diancha are seen in the literature of Song dynasty widely, however, few people tried to excerpt and explain them. This article discusses and explains the signifiers of Fencha and Diancha on the basis of the custom of drinking tea in Song dynasty, meanwhile attempts to analyze the situation that cha and tang take place in simultaneously, and explores the cognition degree of the citizens of Song dynasty, then try to find the proofs and reflections of the custom of Song dynasty.
