Research Progress and Trend of International Agricultural Extension: A Visual Analysis Based on SSCI of WOS Database

This paper took 2601 SSCI papers related to agricultural extension research in the Web of Science core collection as the research object. The data of authors, institutions, keyword, etc. were analyzed through visualization map analysis by using bibliometric software Citespace. Through co-occurrence and cluster analysis of key words, this paper summarized the hot spots and frontier issues of international agricultural extension research, and put forward four trends of international agricultural extension: international agricultural extension system, international agricultural extension content, international agricultural extension target group and international agricultural extension and sustainable development, in order to provide some reference for follow-up research.
