Job Burnout of Village Cadres in the New Era and Its Adaptation Interventions: A Case Study of 273 Village Cadres in Yunfu of Guangdong Province

  • Job burnout is an important problem for village cadres, there’ s new behavior in the new era. Through an investigation of 273 village cadres in Yunfu city of Guangdong Province, it is considered that village cadres in the new era show mild job burnout,the dimension of low achievement is better than the other two dimensions, the dimension of emotional exhaustion has the worst effect, the tendency of personality split is obvious. The job burnout of village cadres is the result of the joint action of personal quality, organizational system and social environment. In essence, it is the decrease of the match between the village cadres and the organization and the society. We should take multiple measures from three dimensions of individual, organization and society in order to effectively alleviate the job burnout of village cadres.
