The Construction of Teachers Team of Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering Specialty Under the Background of First-class Undergraduate Professional Construction

  • The construction of first-class undergraduate specialty must be guaranteed by first-class teachers, build first-class undergraduate specialty, promote the overall level of personnel training, and must have a team of high-quality and high-level teachers. The first-class teachers are an important symbol of the first-class undergraduate specialty and a key core source, which has an important impact on the construction of the first-class undergraduate specialty. Based on the background of the first-class undergraduate specialty construction and the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the teaching staff of water supply and drainage science and engineering specialty, this paper probes into the four aspects of teachers’morality, concept, structure and comprehensive ability, and puts forward the main countermeasures for the construction of the teaching staff, including strengthening teachers’morality and cultivating talents, strengthening teachers’sense of responsibility as the main body; student-centered education concept, innovating modern teaching concept; guided by wisdom teaching, combining introduction and cultivation with external employment, integrating teachers’resources, optimizing teachers’structure; improving teachers’learning ability, innovation ability, information ability, teaching ability and teaching reform ability, and so as to, enhance the comprehensive quality and the level.
