The Integration of Small Household Farmers into Modern Agriculture in the View of the Rural Revitalization Strategy

As presented in the report of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the integration of small household farmers into modern agriculture will be fully promoted, a developing mode for the modernizing rural areas will be cultivated, appropriately scaled agricultural operations of various forms will be developed, and new types of agribusiness will be expanded. Therefore, how to increase the income of small household farmers and improve the agricultural competitiveness become the research direction of modern agricultural development. Currently, the integration of small household farmers into modern agriculture is faced with many realistic difficulties. Regarding this, many methods will be used to solve the problems in the modern agriculture development for small household farmers such as improving specialized agricultural services, improving the construction of organization and benefit-binding mechanism, strengthening the application of modern technological equipment and infrastructure construction, enhancing the human resource construction in rural areas and agriculture, reinforcing funding policy and insurance policy, so as to effectively promote the integration of small household farmers into modern agriculture and realize collective revitalization and prosperity.
