Evaluation Research of High-Quality Development of Agriculture in Six Provinces of Central China

High-quality development is an important way to solve major social contradictions, and high-quality agricultural development is a key link to achieve agricultural transformation and upgrading and rural revitalization. Starting from the connotation and elements of high-quality economic development and high-quality agricultural development, this paper constructs high-quality agricultural development assessment indicator system, including 6 aspects:product quality, economic benefit, scientific and technological innovation, industrial structure, green development and social benefits, and 22 specific indicators, then uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to evaluate and rank the high-quality agricultural development level of the six provinces in 2010-2017. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the high-quality development of agriculture in six provinces of central China are proposed.
