Abstract
Village A is the epicenter of the 5.9-magnitude earthquake in mojiang on September 8, 2018. Natural disasters have made targeted poverty alleviation more difficult. Social workers conducted one-month service before and after the Spring Festival of 2019. Aiming at the problems of increasing poverty, returning to poverty and increasing conflicts among ethnic groups in multi-ethnic settlements after the "9.08" earthquake,this paper accurately identities the groups caused by the "9.08" earthquake through community investigation method;uses the theory of increasing energy to stimulate the endogenous power of villagers to help themselves; gives play to the intermediary role of social workers, pools all social forces to realize resource integration and utilization, and helps to fight poverty in multi-ethnic communities. Multiple measures were used to help to target poverty alleviation, and good results have been achieved.
