Problems and Solutions of Rural Governance in China from the Perspective of Communication Behavior Theory

In order to further promote rural governance and implement the strategy of rural revitalization, based on Habermas'theory of communicative behavior, the main problems in the process of rural governance are found:the widening gap between the rich and the poor leads to the alienation of communicative subjects; the weakening of communicative willingness due to the reduction of rural sense of belonging; the alienation of communicative environment caused by grass-roots bureaucracy; and the alienation of rural culture. It leads to the alienation of communication media and the alienation of communication principles due to the tendency of interest enforcement. Discusses the way out of the related problems:implementing the concept of Co-construction and sharing, promoting the equal interaction of the main body; promoting the coordinated management of affairs,stimulating the sense of belonging of rural residents; eliminating the bureaucratic style at the grass-roots level, building a fresh communication environment; promoting the construction of spiritual culture, alleviating the cultural gap in rural areas; improving the rural law enforcement mechanism, and strengthening the principle of correct communication.
