Farmers and Rural Communities: the Dynamic Foundation in the Rural Revitalization Strategy: Taking Lucun Public Fundraising as an Example

The most important part of rural revitalization is the revitalization of people and the remodeling of villagers and rural community. This paper puts forward an analytical framework based on the existence of farmers' historical logic, and uses the case study method to reveal the evolution mechanism of the harmony of human village relations under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era. The article shows that in rural governance, governance issues (public fund-raising) originate from the people, and its administer and participators is people. Villagers' aspiration translate into govern decision of public domain through village party branch and village committee, so as to realize the remodeling of the community of people and villages, and lay a mass foundation for rural revitalization.
