Determination and Analysis of the Realization Degree of Rural Revitalization in Yunnan Province

Based on the relevant literature and the general situation of Yunnan Province, this paper studies and develops a set of evaluation index system for Rural Revitalization in Yunnan Province, including five first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators. Based on 2016 data, the paper calculates the degree of Rural Revitalization in Yunnan Province, and draws the following conclusions:the degree of Rural Revitalization in Yunnan Province is not high, and there is still a long way to the goal of 2022. The lowest achievement of ecological livability is 46.2%. Then comprehensive analysis and fractal dimension analysis were carried out, and obstacle degree analysis was introduced to identify obstacle factors and develop pathological diagnosis. Finally, according to the characteristics of Yunnan Province's own development, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, so as to better promote the Rural Revitalization of Yunnan Province.
