Abstract
Taking the specialty of Agricultural resources and environment of Yunnan Agricultural University as an example, targeting the development of research-based, compound, and high-quality applied talents, this paper discusses how to carry out the classification and cultivation of the students according to their aptitude in the process of perfecting the talent training program. It summarizes the ideas and experiences of classifying and training through theoretical courses, practical teaching curriculum reform and full-course tutor system.
