Research on Village Groups Under the Rural Autonomous Structure:A Case Study of Lushi Village, Fengqing, Yunnan

Although the villagers' group is not high in the whole village self-government system, it has important functions and significance as a rural self-governing organization, and it plays the role of the time-space connection of rural village groups, rural autonomous assistants and interest expression transmitters. However, in the actual investigation process of Lubaohua Village, Hebian Village and Tuanjie Village, it was found that there is a big gap between the theoretical function and the actual operational mode. By adhering to the "two committees" team in the core position of rural autonomy, regulating the relationship between villagers' groups and village committees, mobilizing the enthusiasm and innovation of team leaders, and building villagers' group meetings, etc., we can improve the construction of villagers' groups, and ensure the autonomy of villagers perfect and develop.
