The Training Mode of Food Talents in Yunnan Higher Vocational Education Based on Modern Apprenticeship: Take Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry as an Example

  • In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,actively exploring the modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics has become a major problem to be solved urgently in China's vocational education. Based on the particularity of food talents training in Yunnan higher vocational colleges,and the implementation of modern apprenticeship in Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry,this paper takes the food major as an example.It analyzes the talents training mode,summarizes its experience,explores its shortcomings,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It can provide practical samples for the training of food talents in Yunnan higher vocational education.
