Development of Crayfish Breeding in Yunnan Province

In recent years, the production and sales volume of crayfish in China has continued to increase, the crayfish industry has developed rapidly, and the aquaculture area has also expanded year by year. In 2016, it reached 7 million mu. This article introduces the development of domestic crayfish mainly from the development process of crayfish, the transformation of industry model, and the development of aquaculture technology, and points out that there are some drawbacks in the current development of crayfish in China. On this basis, combined with the biological characteristics of crayfish and the advantages of the development of crayfish industry in Yunnan Province, some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development of crayfish industry in Yunnan Province.
