The Spatial Form of Lahu Village in Lancang County Based on Quantitative Analysis of Settlements

  • This paper focuses on the spatial morphological characteristics of the five typical Lahu settlements in Lancang County,in order to provide a more accurate description of the data form of the Lahu settlement.Using the rural human settlements improvement plan of the Lahu Autonomous County of Lancang County, through the quantitative analysis of the settlement plane form and the mathematical analysis of the settlement public space, combine quantitative methods with qualitative analysis,a study on the spatial morphology of the typical villages of the Lahu people in Lancang County.The Lahu people are ethnic groups living in the mountains,as a result, the five Lahu settlements are mostly banded and inclined,and the public space is complex and diverse,this natural native feature gives it a strong spatial structure.The inductive study on the spatial morphological characteristics of the Lahu settlements can be based on quantitative analysis methods, and qualitative analysis and guidance on this basis, as a scientific basis for the study and evaluation of the original characteristics of settlements. This research has made the spatial form of the Lahu settlement better preserved and developed, and also has certain reference significance for the changes, protection, development and construction of the Lahu settlement.
