Discussion on Characteristic Town Planning Based on “Multiple Plans Integration”

Characteristic town is the new platform of the regional resources integration, upgrading industries, innovation-driven development and displaying the image under the new normal economy. Through summarizing the connotation and characteristics of the characteristic small town and the purpose and significance of "Multiple Plans Integration", The paper discussed the necessity of that "Multiple Plans Integration" applied in the characteristic town based on the analysis of the problems faced by the characteristic town planning. The paper is looking forward to docking the construction of characteristic towns with regulation system of spatial planning, improving the efficiency of towns construction, enhancing the regional characteristics and the quality of life of towns and providing reference for the construction of Characteristic Towns in other areas.
