Actor Network Theory-based Study of Development Power Mechanism of Patent Technology: an Example from Cultivation Patents of Panax Notoginseng

The technology innovation courses are studied and investigated with the patent technology of the radix notoginseng farming as the analytic object and the actor network theory as the analytic tool. Results showed that the evolution of the patent technology is the course where more and more social actors constantly take part and structure the network. The results also showed that the attraction and the control of the network core determine if the technology innovation can be succeeded. The study can provide a reference for revealing the driving mechanism of patent technology development.
