The Cooperation Efficiency between Agricultural Leading Enterprises and Farmers Under the Environment of E-commerce: Based on the Angle of Interest Coupling Mechanism

The key to promote the management of agricultural industrialization and promote the development of agricultural products is how to improve the efficiency of cooperation between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers in the environment of e-commerce and safeguard the interests of enterprises and farmers. Based on the typical case of Wangchao Food limited liability company and combined with the overall situation of Lujiang County, this paper analyzes the current situation of cooperation between leading enterprises and farmers under the environment of e-commerce and points out the problems in the cooperation between enterprises and farmers from the three aspects of interest realization, benefit distribution and interest protection and restriction. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the cooperation efficiency between enterprises and farmers based on the angle of interest coupling mechanism.
