Abstract
Under the "new normal" of China's economic development, it is of great significance to speed up the intelligent information technology application in the agricultural sector. That is because that the application of intelligent information technology could promote the transformation and development of agricultural economics, improve the efficiency and additional value of agricultural production. Based on Technology-Organization-Environment framework, Technology Acceptance Model theory and Resource-based view theory, this paper constructs an analysis framework of the influencing factors of the intelligent information technology adoption behavior in agricultural sector, discusses how the impact factors influence the intelligent information technology adoption behavior in agricultural sector, and further analyzes relationships between influencing factors. Based on the survey data of 581 agricultural management entities in Anhui province in China, the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical method was used for the empirical test. The empirical analysis results show as follows:these are direct effects on the intelligent information technology adoption behaviors of agricultural management entities, which include the perceived usefulness of intelligent information technology, the perceived easy to use of intelligent information technology, the internal resources of agricultural management entities, dynamic capabilities of agricultural management entities, the attitude of decision makers in agricultural management entities, as well as the government policies and pressures from the external environment. In addition, dynamic capabilities of agricultural management entities and government policies also have indirect effects on the intelligent information technology adoption behaviors of agricultural management entities through the mediating effects of the intelligent information technology perceptions(including the perceived usefulness of intelligent information technology and the perceived easy to use of intelligent information technology), the internal resources of agricultural management entities and the attitude of decision makers in agricultural management entities.
