A Swot Analysis on Southward International Cooperation of Cross-border Higher Education for Yunnan Province

International cooperation on cross-border higher education in South and Southeast Asia not only is the need for the development of internationalization of higher education in China, but also the important steps of implementing One Belt, One Road Initiative. Yunnan Province plays a special role in the Initiative. Based on the analysis of current situation of cross-border higher education in China, this article analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cross-border higher education. The analysis has reference value and significance to cross-border higher education cooperation of Yunnan Province with southward countries.
