Questionnaire Survey and Analysis on Environmental Participation and Legal Views of College Students in Yunnan Agricultural University

This paper is based on the 1 077 randomly selected students from in different majors of Yunnan Agricultural University for environmental participation and legal views analysis. The results showed that:(1) Yunnan Agricultural University has a strong view of environmental participation among all majors, among them, the major in environmental protection plays a most important role in environmental protection; (2) In the environment participation behavior, the environmental science specialty participates in the environmental protection action positively, the non-environmental science specialty students have not known the green environmental protection; (3) In terms of environmental legal system, in the face of environmental pollution, all students know that they need to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests; (4) In terms of environmental legal behavior, the students of environmental science majors have the best concept of legal system for environment, and the students of non-environmental science majors may be damaging the environment for economic benefit.
