Investigation and Cultivation of Learning Characteristics of Social Science Graduate Students:A Case of Yunnan Agricultural University

  • The graduate education is the nation's highest levels of education, the learning characteristics and training of graduate students directly reflects the country's level of education, and often become the most important standard of measuring a country's higher education level. Based on the case of Yunnan Agricultural University, postgraduate study life in scientific research and teaching environment, student personal quality and student-teacher sessions and other aspects of humanities are discussed. Through the investigation it found that there are many transfers, the problems of classroom teaching management, the lack of communication between teachers and students, the disconnection of employment pressure, the disconnection of university education and market mechanism leading to the low quality of graduate training. On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to attract high credit and first volunteer students, strengthen the management of classroom teaching, improve the communication quality of teachers and students, understand market demand, and provide reference for postgraduate training.
