Analysis and Reconfiguration of Rural Public Cultural Service System Construction in Shanxi:Based on a Survey of 51 Villages in 4 Regions

Rural cultural is an important part of new socialist countryside. It is an indispensable support for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Through a survey of four regions of Shanxi Province, it is analyzed the rural culture forms, cultural subject, infrastructure,investment, supply and demand, and so on, and the reconstruction of rural culture is put forward. The government should work to establish and perfect a system of culture support, supervision and evaluation. In order to break the contradiction of supply-demand dislocation of rural culture, supply-side structural adjustment should be implemented for farm's requirement. Investment in agriculture should continue to increase through a variety of ways. But also these should be carried out, such as cultivating rural cultural elite, developing the cultural industry. As the motility of rural cultural, native culture should play its cohesion and attractiveness. Finally the Internet can be used to promote rural economic and cultural development. Then rural culture well-off may be realized.
