The Bottlenecks of Agricultural Development and Their Breakthrough in Punjab of India

  • Punjab became India's leading agricultural production area because of the Green Revolution, but suffered from the bottleneck of agricultural development since the 1990s,which is mainly affected by the changes in the basic elements of the Green Revolution and the misconduct of the central and state government policies. Breakthrough severely restricts Punjab and India's agricultural problems that have been necessary for economic development and transformation. International and domestic favorable factors and their own solid agricultural base, if Punjab agricultural development is out of the dilemma, it can look forward to, and it is also for the upgrading of India's agriculture setting an example.
