The Applied Talents Training System of Rural Construction under Collaborative Innovation Background in Cross Strait:A Case Study of Rural Regional Development

This paper researches the construction of applied talents training system in Taiwan community according tocross strait collaborative innovation;analyzes the current situation of rural construction talent cultivation of rural regional development specialty of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry Universitybasing on the connotation and characteristics of the rural practical talents construction of professional orientation; it aims to explore and improve the talent training system of rural regional development so as to strengthen the cultivation of professional talents in rural region development of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University by from three aspects ofteaching model system of theory and practice, stereoscopic teaching system, and the revival of excellent local culture and the realization of good governance.
